get in touch with your carrier service people and make sure you have internet connected on your phone. or go to black berry forum and enter your phone number and you might be able to activate your bbm. hope this helps.
Hello , In order for you to delete the BBM you will have to go to settings ,apllication management and it will show the aplications that you have downloaded , then you can go to App World and install BBM again and then associate it with your BlackBerry ID if you want to keep your BBM contacts.
I rang up today and I fixed my problem, I was told to switch off my phone then take out my battery and sim card. When my phone was back on my bbm was working. I hope this works, as I was dissapointed that mine would not work either. Goodluck !! :)
