Hi I am from Goa. in June this year I had purchased a 50" tv which just topped working in August. After registering my complaint with the company's service centre here, the person came once, took off the tv, kept it on my bed since it was huge and said that the part would be replaced in 6 days. it took almost 24 days to get my tv fixed and that too with a lot of fighting that was done with one MR. Ruben Valadares who runs the service centre here in Margao Goa. he has absolutely no way to speak to a lady and has used the most aggressive language know. This is not the first time that people are complaining about his attitude towards customers nd if nothing is done to put him in place you can be rest assured that a good brand name like yours is sure to go down the drain coz i for 1 will never recommend a samsung product to anyone thanks to the attitude of this person who thinks that he owns the brand and all his clients are his workers. I honestly request you to take up this issue as u do know that word if mouth is by far the best way to promote one's product. who do i turn for in such a case?
