I am using LG phone and I have programed my Prive tv with the remote app on my phone using Soyo tv codes.soyo use the same code as Prive.try that it should work.

Ebay has them occasionally from ebay dealers. Or enter RC-SY-UNIVERSAL into a search engine for internet dealers. They are expensive either way, less on ebay but the warranty may not be as long as some of the internet dealers.
no manufacture has that brand in the code list. but soyo did come out with their own remote that will work satellite/cable boxes. Go on their website. www.soyo.com
