Canon mp 360 without the CD Rom and usb

If your model number is Canon Smartbase MP 360 then click on the link below to download the software.

The USB need not be the same one.

How do I change the Ink on ImageCLASS MP 360 Have been given printer and do not have instructions with it.

With the mp 360 you just have to lift the scanner unit with power on and the carriage will move to the center allowing you to install new inks. unless there is an error code...

You may have to install updated drivers from Canon:
www.usa.canon.com/consumer/controller?act=SupportIndexAct
The last time I did this they were for Windows XP SP2. Also, XP is now on SP3 and there have been many security patches lately.
Sometimes "MP Service" does not start, so you have to manually start it by going to ControlPanel, then AdministrativeTools, then Services, then MP Service. However, you seem to have done that.
