Help ! My son is expecting their second child at Christmas. and when they retreived the Quinny travel system from the loft, - all that was re-usable was the chassis, pram(carry cot ?) and fleece inner liner & mattress. Please can some-one (-any-one-) tell me where I can purchase the following to replace them.:
The Pram/carry cot cover.- the rain cover, - the shopping bag and the push chair set. Daughter-in-Law is heartbroken and very distraught. Any help and guidance most gratefully received. Anne.

Make sure the harness is long enough to accomodate the child comfortably and that the harness has no crumbs or dirt which may be affecting the locking. Place the two clips on the shoulder harness section together, then push into the buckle. An audible click will confirm it is locked in place. If it is brand new, it may help to give each part of the harness buckle a wipe over with a soft cloth and some furniture polish to enable the plastic to slide more smoothly. Do not clean with oil based lubricant as this will leave a sticky residue which can then stain fabrics and attract more dirt, creating friction which will then cause further issues.
Page 10 in the User Manual shows how to do up the harness. If you find you still encounter difficulties please contact your retailer with proof of purchase for them to inspect & demonstrate.

Check your tyre pressures, if they are too soft it will feel like the buggy is really heavy. the other thing that will affect it is the weight of your child. My son is quite heavy for his age and coupled with whatever is hanging off the buggy, makes for one heavy buggy! You might also want to lubricate the axles.
