PLEASE HELP!!! Pfaff creative 7570 tension problems

I am using the Pfaff to embroider letters and the tension just wont work! The tread im using is a rayon and is quite fine. Besides the dial on the left hand side is there anything I can try???
I am going crazy trying to get it to work - the thread is either way too tight (on about 3) or its loose. When I adjust it using the side dial it seems to take a while before it goes to the new tension setting -( If I have it on 1 and move it to 2 it still runs loose for a few letters before it gets tighter) - I hope I am making sense!
Any suggestions greatly appreciated!!!!

Check your bobbin tension also. Embroidery bobbin thread is finer than sewing thread and you may need to make adjustment on the bobbing case by turning the small screw slightly. The type of stabilizer can affect your embroidery. An excellent reference for machine embroidery is Embroidery Machine Essentials by Jeanine Twigg, available on Amazon.

What format does the Pfaff 7570 use for embroidery?

The format that is used by the 7570 and the 7560 is *.pcs or *.dst. Either one will work provided that the designs are within the confines of the hoop. The largest size design that would be embroidered by this machine would be 115 x 120 MM.

When embroidering with my 7570, the upper thread comes loose, resulting in a birds' nest under the hoop--help!

PFAFF 7570 User Manual

The only one I found is $40. http://www.sewingstyle.com/pfaff-7570.html You may be able to contact the site for additional information.

I think I would speak with a Pfaff dealer for information before spending this much for a manual.

On what number should I put 7570 tention when

Refer to the manual. If you do not have a manual, start at 4 and work your way through the numbers, bit by bit until you get good results.

The bobbin thread should pull the top thread slightly under and to the back.

Machine embroidery bobbin thread is heavier than the standard size machine embroidery top thread and this also helps to pull the top thread to the back.

I cant set the tension on my PFAFF 7570 the thread keeps

First make sure your needle is in correctly. Then make sure you are threading the machine correctly especially make sure you thread the take-up lever. Make sure your tension dial is at a 4 to 5. if this does not work, let me know
