The problem with Razor cells phone is that the use old service connects or it is to large of a file to be able to download because they have limits.
Try resizing the image then sending it Also try sending it in a different format

I mentioned this in another area. We just got my son a motorola razr v3m, verizon. Any time he tried to check his inbox (which is text) or tried to send a text it would show memory full....this was the same if he tried to take a picture and send it.

I m sorry. U lack knowledge regarding about SMS/MMS.
SMS=short messaging. It is only for text messages.
Similarly, MMS=multimedia messaging. It is for sending text with animations or photos, video clips, etc.
U need to have MMS connection in ur mobile to send text with animations.

It's a operator message. Your SIM card need to send a message to the operator to inform something about your phone (like you are using a new phone) but the receiver don't recognize for what the message is. Your sim card will keep sending the message until it receives a valid response.
Try to change the SIM card and see what happens. If the problem appears only with one card, you may ask your carrier company to change it.

There is a program to unlock the Razor but is limit to some Razor model down load and try ......good luck and rate me..

You will need to contact t-mobile and ask them what your message centre number is and program that into your phone.

you need to have the phone firmware reflash...take the phones to a professional mobile repair store and have them fix

Have both phones reflash and that will correct the issues....so take them to a mobile service center.
