I have found one on EBAY for a 6 quart that the seller lists as exactly the same as the 8 quart model.

I believe that this brand is exclusive to QVC and you may be able to contact them for additional support!

HERE is the manual for free. It is for the 6 quart however..but it should be akin to the 8 quart that you have.
