I Think Your Battery Or Charging Point has been damaged Kindly check battery in other same cell phone and try if problem persist change the battery & If Working Good Then Change The Charging point of your z550i
It may be due to network lock, you can unlock it and switch over to another network , you can get unlock codes here http://www.prounlocking.com/sony-ericsson-z550i/rs8wp9/ you need to specify the country and network provider
Hi Ravindra, the first thing I would suggest is trying your SIM card in a different phone. This will tell us if the problem is with your phone or the network.
If the problem is with your phone, I have fixed similar problems on Sony phones by flashing the firmware. It sounds scary, but Sony makes it really easy to do. You will need a USB cable to hook your phone up to your computer, then go to http://www.sonyericsson.com/cws/support/softwaredownloads/detailed/updateservice?lc=en&cc=us and download the update software. The software does the rest, it's easy as pie and has fixed many problems I've had with Sony phones.
