Windows vista i had bought a new windows vista for my desktop and it worked for about a month and about 3 days ago it said on my desktop that the product key was invalid this just goes to a black screen and it has 3 different selections you could select on one of them it says to use automated phone service on the other one it says buy new product key online and the third it says enter new product key i tried typing in the one on the sticker on the side of the tower but it says its invalid and its a new desktop its an hp pavilion
