What's your problemThe URL www.google.com you have requested is forbidden by the URL filter.

Your question answers your own question. You have a filter on your machine that prevents you from accessing the URL. Whether it is software or hardware, I cannot say without more information.
Are you running any type of parental controls on your machine, net nanny, norton parental control, etc? If so you will need admin rights to go in and take it off the blocked sites list.

add "s" on http://

http:// means hyper text transfer protocol..
add "s" to make it
HTTPS://www.facebook.com
https:// means universal hyper text transfer protocol.. you can use this as a URL..

How to unblock facebook

Ttry visiting facebook through proxy server. U can find the list of free proxy server at http://www.proxy4free.com/ Just click any free proxy server, when the page opens up, there will be a space to enter the url, u can enter any url and visit any sites, without the knowledge of anyone.

There are lot of ways to unblock facebook. See if where it is blocked. Is it in your firewall, anti-virus, or router. All you have to do is unblocked it in the options or delete the url in the block list sites.

Technically speaking Facebook is not blocked. Which is to say, there it nothing stopping traffic flow between your China PC and Facebook. What happens is that China sends a message to the Facebook server as well as your PC to stop the connection.

If both sides would simply ignore that message.. but good luck convincing Facebook to do their part.
There’s a number of commercial services out there that will get you back online though. I pay $2.95 for 12vpn.com myself.

Using your browser, type in the address box the address of the router. The usual address is 192.168.1.1. This will open the maintenance page of the router. Depending on the brand and the model of the router, locate for a menu indicating Access of Filter. You should see or locate a part that indicates URL BLOCKINg. There are 2 ways to unblock a site. First is to DISABLE the URL Blocking by clicking on the necessary check box of option box. Second is to delete the name of the site in the list of sites being blocked.
