Hi, the error is saying the firmware is corrupt and it will mean the phone needs flashing and the firmware re-installing, the problem with this is that you will need to take it into a phone shop to have this done.
if you can connect it to your computer then do this and back everything up as the phone will be reset and all data will be wiped, if you cant do this yourself and you want the phone fixed then make sure you ask the phone shop to back all the data up for you.

This kind of errors occurs when the Phone's Firmware is Corrupted.
in order to solve this problem you need to Update the Firmware of your phone, or take it to an entrusted phone repair shop and ask them for a "Flash", this term is used to refer to the updating process.

see budy either some of the starting files must have gone courrupted of your OS in ur handset or there is a Virus in ur mobile which is stoping ur startup file to get executed, so what u can do is either scan it once with any AV or after taking the backup make a flash updation,,,,, it will sort out the prob...... best of luck

Make sure that you format the memory card first so that there is no trace of virus in the phone and remove any password from the memory card.
1. First of all make sure that your phone's battery is full and then switch off you mobile phone.
2. You'll need to hold three buttons together which are : The green button, left selection key and the no. 3 key
3. Keep on holding these three button and then press the power button to switch it on.
4. After this you'll get a screen which will say FORMATTING.... after that you can leave the keys.
Caution : This will completely format your phone memory and will reload the whole phone due to which you'll loose all your contacts or infact anything stored in the phone memory.
I hope this helps you....this step can be taken for any Nokia phone which has Symbian OS Series 60 Version 7 and above...you can say most of the phones which came after Nokia 6600

You should go for a hard reset.
press *#7370#
The *#7370# is the equivalent of a hard reset on any SERIES 60 mobile.
It will delete all software/settings etc., and restore all applications
to as they where when the phone was bought.
You can get the SYSTEM ERROR problems from
corrupted/edited/deleted/incompatible files that are in use, either in
the fone or on an MM/SD card fitted. To see which is at fault, simply
remove the card & turn on the fone again!

Equipment switch off, which keep "green key" (take off) at the same
time pressed, "*" and to "3" key and switch the equipment on (the keys
thereby keep further pressed)... to "Formatting" on the display
appears...
If that does not function, then equipment for 1 hour switch off, Akku so for a long time rausnehmen and again try.
