Can I put my central heating on a different time from my water horstmann didam 425

It appears there are 4 trippers on the daily time dial that control all timing. 2 On and 2 OFF

On the right side are override switches for Hot water and Heating
You can only separate Hot water and Heater programming a little bit.
You can choose to have Hot water ON all day, or turn on-off once per day or turn on-off twice a day. Or OFF all day.
The Heater has the same options and the same on-off times as the Hot water.

Manual:
http://www.horstmann.co.uk/files/2513/9867/2118/user_guide_425-TiaraDiadem1.pdf

For fully separate programming, where Hot water and Heater can each be programmed differently, you would need a 2-channel controller like the Grasslin QE2

I need the instructions for a Siemens RWB2007 Central Heating programming unit

This may help: Setting time/date: move switch on top right of unit to the clock symbol, Y (year) appears. Change with +/- buttons then press Yes button, M (month) appears. Again use +/- buttons to change and Yes button to accept. Carry on through the Day and Clock settings in the same way. Slide switch to whatever you want to set up next i.e. CH (central heating) or HW ( hot water) setting up as before. First item to appear when setting up switching times is first on, then first off, then second on.... and so on. Once you get started you will probably see the logic is fairly straightfoward.

Have a back boiler. Central heating working fine. Hot water not.

Depends on type of control system but usually you will have a three-way motorised valve somewhere. This is contolled by the tiimer and the thermostat on your cylinder. Look for a box that has one pipe going in to it and two further pipes coming out. I suspect yours is stuck on heating. Some models had a manual lever to put it to just hot water. End of the fday you need to get someone out to fix this one.

Need a manual for drayton tempus 3 heating control

I've ended up with a Drayton Tempus 3 when I bought my house, and I think this is how it works. It allows you to set 2 Timers (I'll call them timer 1 and timer 2) so that you can control Hot Water or Heating On/Off times twice a day. The unit has 6 buttons - 2 for Adjustment, 2 for Hot Water and 2 for Heating. The 2 Adjustment buttons allow you adjust the Clock Time, or allow you to adjust Timer 1 and/or Timer 2. NOTE: Timer 1 is the time refered to on the Heating / Hot Water Select buttons if you press "Once". If you select "Twice" on these the both Timer 1 and Timer 2 are taken into account. For example if you want Hot Water to come on Once between 8pm -10pm, but you want Heating to come on Twice between 6am - 7am, and 8pm -10pm, you have to do the following: Set Timer 1 to 8pm - 10pm, and set Timer 2 to 6am -7pm. Then select Once for Hot Water, and select Twice for Heating. Hope this helps.
