Hi if you give me the phones imei number i can then use the software i have and give you your master code how ever you need to know the following.
1 if you have entered the wrong code more than 5 times then the phone may be hardlocked and can only be unlocked using leads and software.
2 i will check if the phone has been reported .lost or stolen and if it has i wont be able to give you the code.
you can find your imei number by looking on the back of the phone under the battery it will look something like this
8944124/1244/1244
give or take a few numbers ok
once i have this i will generate your master unlock code and this will then give you full access to the phone and it will remove the security code until you need to put another one on the phone the master code resets the code to what it was when new usually 1234 or 0000 should you ever need to put another code on the phone.

Instead of Security code, try lock code. It works for a large no. of phones. If it is not working, take it to NSC, they will update the data to defaults, the security code will also become default. You can get the default in the manual. Thank you, Have a nice day.
