Part 1 How to download YouTube to iPad for free?
Part 2 How to convert and play YouTube video on iPad with a Mac?

Part 1 How to Download YouTube to iPad for Free?
If you’re using Safari, there’s an easy way to download YouTube videos. Open the page with the movie and press Command-Option-A, which shows the Activity window. If you’re also loading other sites, you’ll see a list of them: scroll until you find the YouTube page and click on the arrow to show details about what is being loaded.
You will certainly notice an element whose size is over 0.5MB (most of the time, over 5MB). Double-click on it (even if it is still loading), and Safari will download it. When the download is over, navigate to the file in the Finder (which will probably be called get_video) and add the extension .flv to its name. Now you can play YouTube video on Mac with VLC Player or QuickTime.
Part 2 How to Convert and Play YouTube Video on iPad with A Mac?
Since iPad can only read M4V, MOV, and MP4, to transfer and play YouTube video on iPad, you need to convert YouTube video to iPad compatible format that iPad can easily work with. To do this, you need a Video Converter for Mac. If you already got a Video Converter for your Mac, then just follow the step by step guide on how to convert YouTube video to iPad.
Click “Add File” button on the toolbar to import MOV videos directly onto the interface.

3. Convert video on Mac OS X After choosing the format, you just need to click convert.png button to start to convert MOV files to iPad video format.
Tips: 1.If you want to transfer YouTube video to iPad without iTunes, you can refer to Daniusoft iPod Transfer for Mac. It works for iPod, iPhone, iPad and will be released on June 19th.
2. If you want play both DVD and video files on your iPad, Daniusoft Video Converter Pro for Mac (Mac DVD Ripper + Mac Video Converter) can help you.

How can I get youtube to just play thru without stopping to load every 4 or 5 seconds?

You know streaming video is so slow.
So, try to download the YouTube video with a professional Youtube downloader--It's totally free.

It, takes forever to play a vidieo. Then the replay works normal.

You might want to get a faster internet connection to play the videos, alternatively you can reduce the quality of the video and make it load quicker, alternatively you can also download youtube downloader at http://www.downloads.com and download the whole video before you watch it.

You tube always pauses, constantly why?

I must say that the video is so slow in buffering and it is the common problem if the internet connection has a minimal speed and you're playing high quality videos. I suggest you change your subscription that suits your need or lower the quality of the video just refer to its control. If you're downloading, I suggest stopped it for awhile if you want the video will play smoothly.

YouTube video

I had the same problem with my old ISP provider. It's probably due to a slow Internet connection.

The best thing you can do is download the files before watching them.

You can do that by using the firefox extension - https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/3006 or using a site such as http://savetube.com

I know that is not as good as watching a live stream, but under the current state of your network I believe this is the best solution.
