Unlock LG DVD to play all regions

I want to unlock my home cinema DVD player (model HT320SD-D0), so it is region free (i.e. region 0) and therefor can play DVDs from any region

Hi, I suggest unlocking using the remote handset. I unlocked my LG dvd player using this method, you can find the instructions depending on your dvd player model. I didnt find the exact model but i tried with a very similar one and it worked. I dont know if it will work for you, but you can try, hope it does. http://www.dvdcodes.net

Is there an unlock sequence available for the LG ht 554 home cinema system, i need it to play a region 4 dvd
1. Turn on DVD player
2. Press eject to open disc tray
3. Enter 0000 on remote
4. Region code and edit box should now be displayed on DVD player
5. Enter 0 (for all regions) in the region edit box
6. Press enter
7. Power off for a few seconds
8. Repeat steps 1- 4 if you want to check new code

open disc tray
press 0 0 0 on your remote
select region 0
press pause button
press power button to switch off
leave off 30 seconds
should then play all regions

I would like to change regions on my portable Durabrand DVD player model PDV-722
Alright, just follow these steps and let me know if you have any problems or questions

  1. Power and switch on the Durabrand DVD player.
  2. Open the DVD disc tray tray or lid.
  3. Press Stop.
  4. Press 3 - 5 - 9 - 7 (3597 in sequence). Can be done on remote control.
  5. Hidden DVD Region menu appears. Select region 0 or 9 using up or down button on remote control
  6. Press OK.
  7. Close the disc tray and press Standby on the DVD player front

LG DV340 Region free hack for the model I bought at Game is below:
1, power on the player with no disk in the drive
2, pres pause on the remote
3, enter “314159′ on the remote
4, enter “0′ on the remote (0 = all regions, 1 = region 1 etc)
5, press pause on the remote
6, power the player off and then back.
Hopefully this helps someone else!

Unlock region codes
1. Open DVD tray

2. Press the '0' key on the remote three times, waiting about one second
between key presses. The 'Region Test' screen will appear on the TV. If you don't
get this screen, then power off/power on again and start over.

3. If the Region Test screen appears, enter '0' for all-regions.

4. Press pause to save and exit.
