NO water is coming into the refrigerator. The ice maker is not making ice and the water dispenser is not working. We replaced the filter - but that was not the problem. We have checked to see if water is available in the line where it enters the valve at the back of the refrigerator - which it is.

If you don't get water at the valve and it has power it is likely clogged. Take it apart and find most likely a part where the rubber has softened and clogged a hole that is supposed to open up when the valve is triggered. On mine it was at the bottom of a little metal pole that the rubber was bad. Clear the clogged hole and replace the bad seal and you should now have water.

make sure old gasket came of with old filter or make sure it is real tight you should have got a wrench with the refrig.
