I have the casio 3353. When I read hte manual to do different things, it always startes the instruction by saying "in timekeeping mode". In the instuction booklet at page 8 it shows a picture of the watch face in timekeeping mode and in the picture the face shows the day and date. My face is showing the digital time here. How do I show the day and date,or the timekeeping mode?

Casio wave ceptor hands running 8 minutes slow. Digital clock showing correct time. Hands 8 minutes slow even if I change time manually.

You may need to recalibrate the hands. Sometimes the hands are out of sync with timekeeping. Go to the Casio website, download the manual for your model, and follow instructions for resetting the position of the hands (might be referred to as zeroing or recalibaration).

Cannot get time to set correctly. Hands off ~45min Wave Ceptor atomic watch set on home city CHI. Time is off an hr on screen and hands are off about 45min. Cannot get it set correctly.

You should be able to set your "home"city to give you the correct time but if it is an hour out, then it may be giving DST when it shouldn't (or conversely not giving DST when it should).

You can also se the hand to agree with the digital clock. The instructions are too long to write here but if you haven't go the instructions, you can get them by going to the Casio web site.

Enter "casio.com", select "support", then watches, accept the termd snd then select "watch manual archive".

Read the required number off the back of your watch and enter it into the search box. Click on "search" to obtain your instructions.

The digital display shows the correct time but the hands do not.

hi there when you replace batteries in wave ceptors all hands have to be set to the home position (straight up at 12 oclock), as the instructions vary wildly from watch to watch you will have to download the manual from www.casio.co.uk you will need to put in the module number (found on the back plate of the watch), this will be in PDF format, you can download adobe reader for free from www.adobe.com to read PDF files. good luck

Casio Wave Captor Watch wont set to correct time.

You need to manually adjust or set the hands to the home position as they are not where the watch thinks they should be. This can happen when you bring your watch close to a strong magnetic field. Look in the manual to do this. Afterwards your watch should set to the correct time.

Hour and second hands on my Casio Wave Ceptor watch appear to have frozen

They ususally say leave it alone for about 3-4 minutes and it goes back to time keeping mode. Or - you have "turned it off" a feature to conserve the battery while it sits in you drawer.
