I just purchased the equiptment shown to transfer photos and videos to free up space on my system drive. I transferred some photos individually to see if I could and they worlked fine, BUT, I need to put some of them in folders which I cannot seem to get right???Abd tge vudeis I have on my system no longer seem to have actual videos..just lots of linear colors etc; Can you help me or direct me where to get help?
