Maybe, It doesn't work because the driver/application you installed is for other versions of operating system. I am also using windows 7 like you so don't you worry, You can still use your old installer/driver from other versions of operating systems. Just remember that before installing any program in a windows 7 Operating System Computer, Use "troubleshoot compatibility". Right Click the Icon of your program installer/application first, then choose "troubleshoot compatibility". This will allow you to choose on what type operating system your program will run. No, it is not compatible with the windows vista.
The new Yahoo version which does run on Vista cannot add
art work to MP3 tags

Try under compatability mode, your support site says Microsoft Windows 98, NT, 2000, Me, XP, Vista (classic mode)
So it may work with windows 7, if you right click on the exe file and change the properties to compatability mode, and run as administrator

Try installing it. If it doesn't work you can try installing via Win 7 compatibility mode.

Check Hemera settings and ensure that the path for the picture files is the right one, where files are stored.

Hemera usually reads the picture files from CD/DVD unit, if your system had renamed the DVD form D:\ to E:\, for example , then Emera wont be able to find files anymore.

Solutions to this problem.

Check file source folder on Hemera settings, and assign the right CD path.

Do a system restore to a date before having the problem.

If still no luck, then Windows may be corrupted, in that case , the standard procedure is reinstalling Windows, then reinstalling Hemera, and the rest of the software.
