I am having Acer Aspire One 532h netbook its web cam is not functioning and i observed just few days back itryed by restoring from acer restore all drives are being loading and its stoping at chicoy web com drives and under devise manger usb port section its showing un known devise

Navigate to the "Start" menu. Select the "Control Panel."
Type "restore" into the Search box.
Press "Enter" then select "Restore Your Computer to an Earlier Time" from below the "Action Center."
Click "Open System Restore."
Click "Next" on the "Restore System Files and Settings" screen.


Select a restore point that was created when the computer was functioning properly. Click "Next," then click "Finish."
Click "Yes" to confirm.
Windows will perform a system recovery on the Acer Aspire One.
