HFBLU-LT200 - so i can hook it up to my phone off blue tooth setting on my phone and i can answer calls and i can hear what the other person is saying, but they cant hear me... is there something im missing or how can i fix this?

That usually means it isin pairing mode. Charging some headsets from extended periods can sometimes reset the device requiring you to pair the device again.
for iphone : set your phone to scan for wireless device 1 unlock 2 settings icon 3 general 4 bluetooth ON the hold the big button on the blue tooth once it flashes blue DO NOT LET GO! keep holding it till it flashs red and blue red and blue then let go and it should find it instantly then press on the BK-600 word and enter the 0000 code and you should be all set.
