Stroller Hi, I'm not sure if you can help me or not. I have and evenflo embrace car seat and need to purchase an evenflo stroller. I need to know if the embrace car seat is compatible with any evenflo stroller or do I have to buy the specific stroller that goes with my car seat? In other words are all the evenflo car seats and strollers compatible with each other?

Evenflo has a GREAT website section on using and installing their carseats. The manufacturer is the final authority on keeping your child safe in their seat: don't accept advice from anyone else!

Try www.evenflo.com and use Contact us at bottom left. Request a manaul via email. You will need Model # and Serial Number and Date of Manufacture (MFG). Be sure to see if yours is part of their recall for the embrace car seat.

There's no way to fix it and Evenflo will not refund it if you're outside of warranty. We had the same problem. I think they need to be held accountable for a faulty product and stand behind it.

They do have them online at the evenflo website under the replacement parts.Enter your model number and you can download it or hae them send you one.

Evenflo offers replacement parts, including printable instruction manuals, for all of their products. They are available through the Evenflo website. In order to find the correct list for your exact stroller, you will need the model # and manufacture date (these should be on a sticker or tag on your stroller). After entering the information into the correct area on the link (which is embedded into the text in the first sentence), you will be able to see what replacement parts are available for your stroller and order from there.

Your car seat has a 90 day warrenty on your carseat, don't know if that is up or not. But I would check out this website, u can get a free manual for your carseat, I would give them a call or something:) Sorry couldn't be of more assistance.
