Check the speaker/s. If found OK; check and replace the damaged component/s at its audio output section circuit board. If needy, replace this board as card basis. When my TV did this in the past it ended up being the color wheel. I had someone replace it and it worked fine. I asked it if had to be calibrated after it is installed and he said no. Also make sure the door switch is pushed down when you install the back bulb door. Sometimes this switch can go bad as well.
You had a surface mounted capacitor (AKA "CAP") let go on one of the circuit boards, open the set up and look for a small burnt area on the circuit boards inside the TV, it is likely it will be the power supply board, but that is just a guess..
Sounds like a short in the power wire, it takes about 10 to 15 minutes to warm up then shorts out and when it cools down you can watch for 10 to 15 more minutes before it shuts off again, you need to take it in and have the powercord replaced because this is very hard to do from home and one mistake can make the whole tv not work.
