I found this bike in the dumpster in my apartment complex and have no clue what may be wrong with it. I would like to find some help with it 'coz I really would like to have a bike to ride without alot of cost.

Take the bike to your local bike shop, they will be able to assess what the bike will need. Most likely though there is a good reason that it was in the dumpster and the cost will be much higher than you want to spend.

Just Google brand/model, look for videos or even just pics that show it mounted. Rear racks are similar, not all that complex, so even a similar model instructions or video should be sufficient. Or just contact the manufacturer, found in a simple Google search for the rack: Contact Us SportRack US

it's kinda tricky to put the bracket on, but it should have come with a weird bracket that kinda looks like a brake caliper, the bracket goes around the back of your frame, as opposed to attaching to the wheel pin like the inStep trailers...if you don't have the bracket, i dont know what you can do

Replaced STK392-110 convergence chips in tv

1) You will need the original remote for alignment...
Note: Do not open set to adjust red line.....
2) Remove lower front speaker grill cover and possibly the
access panel....find RGB focus / screen block...adjust red
focus...................................T.

I would pull the cover off to see if the tube and the board on the CRT are not damaged. If it looks ok, turn set on and observe if there is any activity visible at the neck of the CRT (light). Wehn a set with a large tube starts-up, it wil make a fuzzt crackle noise fro the high voltage charge in the tube. If non of this is happening, check main board for cracks. Unit is probably salvageable for point to point solder job, but as far aspart replacement for HV power supply, I would not do it. It is not cost effective.
