This error message usually relates to the wrong third party scsi drivers being use.
Check what SCSI card you have installed and make sure you have the correct drivers and that you select the correct driver from the list at the appropriate time.
It is also possible that the SCSI card itself has a problem, but it is far more likely to be the wrong driver.
Please verify if your server power specs support 110 or 220 V. If you are in the US, eventhough you might have connected a 220V cable the line voltage can be 110. Check with your power company if they can provide you the necessary wattage of the server.(Specs are printed on the power supply. you can read it from HP web also)
Once you are sure that, connect both power suppllies and try booting.
If the error still occurs, it can be a power supply failure or some other hardware failure.
Thanks s4u311, it has been resolved it was the power unit it was working but or some reason would not start the server I changed it and its ok.
