Often, the flashing green light indicates that the tuner is NOT receiving a signal and is a warning that the tuner is turned on.
First thing is to check if you have normal output from the guitar from the pickup. If the output is normal, there MAY be a failure in the tuner.
ALSO, just because a battery is new doesn't mean the battery isn't depleted... either try another from a different batch or use a voltmeter to check it. I have seen people chasing their tails due to a brand new bad battery.
When you select the tuner does the audio OUT of the guitar cut off as it is supposed to?
I have the same problem on my Fender t-bucket. The Fishman isys 3 tuner just stopped working one day after i changed the original battery. Ive tried 3 different battteries and still get a flashing green light just like yours. It worked perfectly for about two months though. Not sure what to do if the tuner is already failing. The preamp works great still.
I have the same guitar (t-bucket 400ce) and the same issue, i bought it used and thought it might just be a battery, replaced the battery and same problem... any chance you got it tested? what was the result - faulty unit right?
I am having the same issue with a secondhand Fender CD-60CE. The led blinks when tuner active and I still have audio to my amp. Any advice?
