How do I remove the spray hose from the brass connector under the sink?

shut water off, remove hose from faucet under neath sink. remove hose, reattach spray head and push hose thru faucet and reconnect under sink.

Turn off the water supply valves beneath the kitchen sink. Turn on the faucet and squeeze the trigger on the sprayer to empty any water left in the supply lines, faucet and sprayer.
Trace the sprayer hose from the end of the sprayer to where it connects to the faucet. Use pliers to loosen the connector holding the sprayer hose to the faucet.
Remove the sprayer hose from the faucet to expose the male threads. Wipe the threads dry with a towel. Wrap the threads with pipe-joint tape. Twist a 3/8-inch threaded brass flair cap onto the male threads. Use the pliers to tighten the cap.
Reach beneath the sink and loosen the mounting nut securing the sprayer support to the sink or countertop. Use a basin wrench if you are unable to reach the mounting nut with your hand.
Slide the mounting nut off the hose attached to the sprayer beneath the sink. Pull the sprayer support and the sprayer from the hole in the sink or countertop.
Insert a sink hole cover into the hole left by the sprayer. Depending on the style of hole cover, it could snap in, or a mounting nut could hold it in place.

Shut off water supply Under Sink: · Unscrew brass connector for spayer hose · Disconnect single water line to faucet bysqweezing lever on connector and Gently pulloff. · Loosen two screws on faucet base washers thenunscrew the washers on thebrass faucet shaft ( NOTE: Have someone hold the fauct so it does Not accidentlyfall in sink when the support washers are removed) · Take faucet out of sink · Unscrew brass collar at base and remove · Remove Set Screw on lower body of faucet · Pull out Brass Mechanism from faucet · The Diverter is located in the Brass mechanism · Remove the Washer · Pull off the small top valve in center of theDiverter, if still there · Using a large wood screw that fits/screw intothe exposed hole In the center of The plasticdiverter, screw it in and pull out the remaing part of the old diverter · Flush out Faucet to remove any remaining debrie · Replace with new diverter and replace washer · Grease all areas that where greased when mechanismwas removed Remove & clean the faucet Airrater and replace only afterEVERYTHING has been Completed soyou can flush the faucet out again into the sink, then replace.

Delta comes with a limited lifetime warranty. call them to get free parts. I believe you will need to check several things. Remove the spray head from the sprayer hose, point the hose into the sink drain and turn the faucet on. If it no longer makes the banging noise, replace the spray head. You need to look for a leaking spray hose under the sink also. If the faucet is making noise, replace the ball and cam assembly under the faucet handle. One other thing that I have run into is that the shut-off valves under the sink can also go bad and cause banging and vibration.

Look at the clutter under the sink. Is the hose tangled or caught on something? There should be a weight clamped to the hose to make it fall back into place. This weight minght have slid down the hose.

I have the Ladylux plus. I was confused on how to remove this as well. There is a quick release plastic piece, just pull down on the yellow part on the connector under the sink. Disconnect the plastic connector from the hose and pull it right out of the faucet. Very easy to remove in this case.

Turn your water supply off to the existing faucet.
With a crescent wrench and plyers remove the supply tubes from the shut off valves.
Unthread the sprayer hose that is attached to the brass connector under neath your faucet in the cabinet.
Unthread the lock nut and fastening plate which is on the same brass fitting as your spray hose.
Remove faucet from the sink.
Reinstall the new faucet in the reverse order.

Remove spray head then faucet tighten connection on the spray hose

Ok well that is probably the install then.  there is a brass ring under the sink that is holding the faucet tight to the sink.  this has 2 water lines that feed the faucet and the line to your spout.  if the copper lines are not pushed apart enough than it will rub one the line with the weight and make it hard to move up and down. you need to get under it with a flash light and move these lines apart.  The worst  would be that when the faucet was installed the hole was not big enough and that is what it is hitting.  So I hope this help you .  

you need to remove the brass ring from the tub and buy acan of spray paint for metal you will be able to find it in a brass finish
