My phone is frozzen

Hi,

It happens when the process is manfuctioned or corrupted. I advise to do a factory reset. To do so, turn off the phone, holdon the home button and press the power button. It will go to recovery console, now select "Wipe to factory setting", once finished, turn off the phone and restart. It should take care of the issue.

Thanks and regards,

Can I set up an extension to automatically transfer any calls received to a different extension using the T7316E?

You can transfer any incomming calls to another extension using call forward. On the set you wish to foward, either press your foward key or enter feature 4 the display should ask for an extension to send the calls to, enter receiving extension. Press your foward button or feature #4 to cancel fowarding.

The buttons on the front do not work

If it is the only button that's not working I'm sure you have a broken button membrane, T-Mobile should feel responsible for that if you're within the year of purchasing it. If you can't get a replacement under warranty there is both an T-Mobile G1 Repair Guide and a third party T-Mobile G1 Repair Service, If you try a self-repair make sure you feel comfortable with opening devices that are not meant to be user serviceable.

Speaker on g1 phone stopped working

Well first of, there is your warranty, but if your phone breaks after expirations, there is both an T-Mobile G1 Repair Guide and a third party T-Mobile G1 Repair Service, so there is no need to worry.

INCOMING CALLS

Hi there, it is possible that you have the G1 set into "always Forward" state, which means when receiving calls the phone will forward the caller to your voicemail.

To Check and change these settings. goto the G1's Home screen, Click the "Menu" button, and then click on "Call settings". Then from here click on "Call Forwarding".

From here, the top setting should say "Always Forward" If this is set to Enabled, click on it and select Disable. This should now allow you to receive calls correctly ! if the Always forward function was disabled already, i would suggest calling T-Mobiles Customer support line to see if they have a remedy to this situation !

Hope this helps ?!
