You must call (800) 828-1438 for combination retrievals.
or send a notarized letter stating you are the owner of the safe, personal information, model and serial number of your safe and must indicate the method on how you will receive the combination.

Hi Marie, thanks for mentioning the brand of your safe. My first post is not for your Brinks. The makers of yours is Honeywellsafes. There is no available number to contact, I'm sorry for that. Their sites Honeywellsafes.com don't even work. The only possible way is to email them at [email protected]. Same procedure you should do from my first post.
