I have an nsm silver sky jukebox and the right side magazine hangs up when cd is returning to it. the error code is a 71. which is right side gripper but i don't see any way to adjust it. help!

check lift for jamming as error 73 =malfunction of cd player

you need the service programme possible gripper problem

error 73=check alignment of cd gripper

malfunction of left side magazine check alignment and grip function

best run service programme it will then give you any error code

give the laser a good clean could be picking up from that

error 73 means error during grip from magazine check for lift jamming,check function and adjust,i had one recently the same fault found it easy to replace the cd changer complete for 65.i do have the manual and service guide if you need one just email me

This is a problem with the memory. Contact nsm music and ask for the IC5 battery, £35. " 2 minute job, open the jukebox, immiediatly in front of you on the main board, look for IC5, The battery is directly under the writing. A black battery about 2" in length. Replace that power up and your done. A jukebox repair will charge you some riddiculous price for this. hope this helps cheers dandares

error 61 on the nsm is a cd read error nothing to do with the amp, clean laser lens with a cotton bud and spit not spirits etc just saliva, then make a blank selection and see if the laser emits red beam, if not then the laser is faulty, check connections etc, if it picks up the disc but does not spin it its the decoder at fault, places like act marketing london, jukebox showroom, capital coin, herondata sales or anyone operator within the amusement industry will gladly sell you an exchange unit, or just try the coinslot industy magazine online or order via wh smiths
