Hi I purchased the Shark Steam Mop and tried to put it together last night. The handles will not go together as shown. It this a usual problem? Therefore I could not use the product.

From what Im reading and finding. The Shark
steam Mop. Does have some handle issues.
You can go to reviews.shark.pro.steammop.
My advice and recommendations..
Before you attemp to use the mopmake sure
That you have read everything.about it..
