If the click is on the relay then check on the power to the motor, If there is power and it wont turn , the motor can be defective. But if there is no conectivity from the contactor then the controller relay can be faulty.
It will be good to inspect your observations before we can confirm on the exact point of fault.

After replacing the drum and front glides, as was necessary, after I plugged the dryer in all the lights came on, with the Start / Pause light blinking. I thought this was a good sign. However, after making a selection (active wear) and pushing Start, the display panel shows it is drying - but nothing happens. I can hear the motor relay and the blower relay click when the Start button is depressed, and then a very slight buzzing sound ( so slight I cannot determine if it is the blower or motor relay). Ultimately, nothing happens. I waited overnight, and the dryer never went into Sleep Mode.
There was nothing wrong with the motherboard prior to replacing the drum. If there was a surge upon plugging it in, how do I stop this?
