It is a pathetic attitude of Samsung service centre who give false assurances that somebody would call up or turn up but nobody makes an effort to call up also, let alone turn up. It is 3 days since I have lodged a complaint regarding my Samsung tv image problem but nobody has bothered to call up, even after my repeated calls. If this kind of attitude persisits, Samsung is soon going to loose its popularity & am going to escalate this further about the patehtic service provided by the Samsung.

for samsung mobile complaints under, u need to visit samsung service centre along with purchase bill, and then they will undertake repair/replacement as per problem with ur phone. subject to 2 conditions: its not water submerged and there is no physical damage already, both conditions wont be covered under warranty.

if u call samsung call centre, they will give u nearest service centre in your area, thats all call centre people can do.

Thats the problem of display chip. Only solution for it is to visit samsung service centre and replace the display chip. Most slider phone face this problem. I recommend to go to samsung service centre dont go any cellular repaiing as they will not give warrant for new dispaly chip and as per my experience samsung gives 1 month warranty...

I just can't beleive that someone can so cocky just because they work on Toyota and only Toyota evidently. And the nerve of telling other techs and others trying to help to leave this problem alone? I found this as being totally inappropriate. NOBODY will never know everything there is to know about Toyota or any other make. I say he needs to step aside and keep is little attitude to himself. He's a legend in his own mind.

You can go to a consumer court, which is quite easy. I had a similar problem for a phone I had bought, C510. Within one week the USB port became faulty. They refused to replace the phone, but when I said I am going to the consumer court to a call center guy that I had talked to, they had called me up from their side and sent the phone in two days.
