SOURCE: MY KEURIG B70 IS CONTINUALLY PROMPTING TO "PRIME"

Hi, Lauren..
You can download another manual here.

Cleaning any coffee brewer is essentially the same. The easiest way is to brew one or more pots of white vinegar... it'll stink up your kitchen, but it's effective at removing build-ups and mineral deposits. Be sure to follow up these "vinegar brews" with several "plain water brews" to remove all the vinegar!

Also, if your water reservoir isn't clean (open the lid & do a finger swipe), you can use a brush to clean it or - what I do - wad up a paper towel or two, attach it to the end of a long-handled wooden spoon, and use that to get down deep into the reservoir & scrub it as much as you can before the vinegar treatment.

Alternatively, you can spend $3 or $4 for packaged cleaning compounds at stores like Williams & Sonoma.

Good luck!

^^^^ that's the owners manual.
according to it,
LCD Control Center
indicates "PRIME"
and the blue light in
the Water Reservoir
is flashing

Solution:
Completely remove the Water Reservoir and
thoroughly clean (refer to page 14). Ensure
the Water Reservoir is fully filled with water. Return it
to the Brewer and ensure it is seated properly
(refer to page 6).

We have just descaled our Platinum unit and reset all the functions. When attempting to make a cup of coffee, it says it is brewing, but NOTHING is happening. What do we do?

If your brewer is not brewing the full amount selected, it may be caused by the following:

?· The exit needle is clogged by coffee grounds or cocoa mix. Please refer to the K-Cup Holder cleaning instructions.

?· The brewer may need to be de-scaled. Please refer to the de-scaling instructions.

?· The removable water reservoir was removed during brewing. Place the water reservoir back onto the brewer and perform a cleansing brew without a K-Cup.

First try to make a descale maybe repeat it the next day.
