Go to your local Best Buy or other consumer electronics store and buy a CD cleaning disk. Insert it into your CD player and let it run its cycle. The try a music CD. Good luck.
u need a blank dvd, or tell the program your using regular cd, it will be like four dvd's or like 11 regular disks. in some cases it wont work with either, i have seen it where the program just doesnt know any disk is inserted or blank. if thats the case, update the program or contact toshiba
Well if you didn't already know all jeep chrysler dodge factory cd players don't work very well. I have sprayed high pressure air into mine and it has help but may not solve the problem permanently. I would suggest buying a new cd player. sorry
this is a possible laser read problem.
Try an official DVD Movie. And also a music CD.
if it reads nothing at all, i,d suggest a laser head cleaner.
Or a replacement DVD Drive.
HI,
Try a laser cleaning disk, you may have debris on the laser head itself.
Also try different disk formats, such as Games-Music-DVD And bluray.
Find out if it,s reading anything At All.
