Craftsman saws are manufactured by Poulan.
    Your OM probably recommends 40:1

Do i mix the gas or use straight gas

The answer is that ALL 2-stroke engines requires that you mix oil with the gas. ALL 4-stroke engines do not take oil in the gas. So the simple answer is if there is no place to add oil, then you have to mix oil in the gas - not the same kind of oil though! I don't know this particular model, but I have never seen a 4-stroke wearable leaf-blower. The kind on wheels could be either, but most (maybe all) are 4-stroke.

What kind of gas

Regular unleaded gas mixed with 2 cycle oil. (You need to check your model for mixture ratio but 30:1 (thirty parts gas to one part oil mix) is usually a good place to start) You can find mixing instructions on the back of the 2 cycle oil container

What kind of oil does my 2003 rm 125 need

For the gas tank= 2-stroke motor oil mixed at 32:1 *stock mixing ratio* [that's 32-parts gas to 1-part oil]. **[I personally use a 40:1 mixture for trail riding,..and 50:1 mixture for racing at the local MX track].

What reatio of gas to oil? And what kind of oil?

32:1 / 40:1 will be fine.... your choice of pre-mix oil...pick your fav brand . use a ratio-right cup and make it simple

  1. Pump one gallon of gasoline into a gas can. Ads by Google

  2. 2Measure out the proper amount of two cycle oil in the Ratio Rite.
  3. 3Pour the required amount of oil into the gas can with the gasoline.
  4. 4Shake the container lightly until all of the oil is thoroughly mixed in with the gasoline.
  5. 5Pour the mixture into the machine`s gas tank.

What kind of oil should I use to mix with the gas?

you can use any type of two cycle fuel mix just make sure its for two cycles then mix 8 ounces of two cycle oil to 2 gallons of gas that will give 32 ratio which should run fine with that mix if its to rich it will smoke alot but I would rather have it alittle rich then to lean which is not enough oil to the and can seize up

I dont have the manual and Im not sure what ype of oil I should put on this chain saw. On the left The nob sais oil (which kind?) and on the right side it sais oil/gas mix (which kind?) what do i put on...

The Left knob needs chain oil. Available in most hardware stores. The right is gas mixed with 2 stroke motor oil. Usually a 50:1 mix. Ie. 50 parts gas to 1 part oil. 2 stroke oil comes with a built in measuring tool and directions printed on the bottle.
