Remote display go to website to update settings It

Remote display go to website to update settings It appeard to be stuck at this point can none of the buttons work. It looks like the update remote works but then nothing.

    What I did to fix this was create a new account and added 1 device and activity. Then save it. This appeared to clean out everthing on the harmony 880. The I logged back into the orginal account and uploaded the old configuration. Now everthing is back to normal.

When I turn on my unit the display is stuck with REMOTE ON

Move the remote to another room to test. It is possible a button on the remote is stuck on.

Beyond that , it probably needs to go in for service.

If you point the remote towards sensor, simultaneously hold down the number (1, 2, etc) you want AND the enter button for 5 or more seconds it should switch to the number pressed. Remember if you have a second one, make sure it's off or put towel over its remote sensor. Sue
