I cannot find the wireless base to my wireless mouse and keyboard kr0401. Can I get another wireless base?

You can buy a wireless mouse and plug the dongle or base into a usb port . Most are Plug & Play so as soon as your pc starts up it should find the program on the wireless base unit and identify it for use . Try ebay.

Software for logitech wireless mouse&keyboard as adapter lost

If you are talking about the wireless transmitter--well, without it, you are dead in the water. I would say you could contact Logitec to see if you can get another one. The adapter and keyboard/mouse are paired to each other.

Keyboard and mouse not working

Make sure you have fresh batteries...usually this is how to set up a wireless keyboard and mouse. Insert the reciever in the USB and hit the link button normally located as a recessed button on the bottom, a light will blink....On the keyboard press the button as before located as a recessed button on the bottom. Once linked the reciever light should stop blinking...do the same with the mouse.

Laptop going fritzo! when hooked up to wireless mouse

If you can try to hook up the mouse to another computer or a friends computer, if it still acts the same way then it's the mouse and probably should be replaced.

Hope this helps.

Wireless mouse

A wireless mouse consists of a mouse and a receiver. The receiver plugs into a USB port and should immediately work. To use the special features of the mouse such as the additional buttons you must install the driver software. Sometimes you will have to press the sync button on the receiver to communicate with the mouse. You should have a receiver that plugs into your usb or your ps/2 mouse port and then your wireless mouse connects via infrared to the receiver. Plug it in and hit the sync buttons. It's wireless so it most likely has a USB receiver, just plug that into the USB slot (it's about 1/2 an inch wide) on the back or side, and then depending on the mouse it might have a connect button or a reset. If it came with a disk you should insert that first.
