As soon as i turn my computer on it asks for a password before even loading completely how do i get it unlocked with out knowing the password

Tap the restart or turn on the computer, soon as you turn on the computer, tap the f12 button until you get to the pat were it said delete and reboot. And just reboot. That will delete old passwords an delete everything and bring it back to factory default

Once you assign a password to your HP computer's BIOS configuration utility, you will need to enter that password every time you attempt to access the BIOS.
If you forget this password, don't fret there is still a way to unlock your BIOS without actually knowing the original user defined password.
This involves using a "backdoor" password, which is something that is installed onto your BIOS at the factory level that never changes.

Turn on your HP computer.
Press "F2" to load your HP BIOS access screen.
A password prompt will load on your monitor.
Type "merlin" into the password field (with no quotes) and hit your "Enter" keyboard key to unlock your HP BIOS password.

To remove parental controls completly you can go to control panel>user accounts and you should see the instructions to remove the parental controls.

Try and start it in safe mode. Rebbot the computer and as soon as soon as the computer starts to boot hit F8 several times this should bring it up in safe mode. If you get the compputer up in safe mode try to restore to a different date.

BIOS is set to password on....
did anyone make changes to ur laptop....
if so then only he can unlock it....as BIOS passwords cannot be unlocked....they are embeded in the BIOS microchip...
only a BIOS update can undo it...and that's very RISKY...

I'm afraid you'll have to hard reset your device, in order to bypass the password request procedure. You, most probably, know that a hard reset will set your device to its factory defaults, thus deleting everything you have installed, as well as your personal data. Anyway, to hard reset your device, make sure its battery is at least 50% charged. If you are not sure, connect it to the wall charger for a couple of hours beforehand. Then, press and hold the power button for some 5 seconds, until you are prompted to completely turn your device off. Now, press and hold both the green call and the red end buttons. Then, pres and hold the power button, until the status indication led turns red. Relese the power button, but keep pressing the other two buttons, until you are prompted to press the space bar. Release the buttons and press the reset bar.

Restart the computer and as soon as it starts booting up start tapping on F8 key on your keyboard.
The computer would show you advanced boot options.. select "Safe mode" from the list.
When it asks for Administrator's password, leave the password blank and hit enter .. If you have not set any password for the safemode (normally many users don't) then it would log you on and you can go to the control panel and reset the administrator's password or you can even create a new user profile.
Once you complete the above process, restart the computer and let it boot normally.
Now try logging in with the new password or the new user account that you might have created while in the safe mode.

you have to enter bios and change the password opion. This password you are talking about is a power on or a boot password. Its a good thing you know this password at least.
