AC window type Carrier stops and displays Fr (blinking)

-When a blinking light problem occurs, your air conditioning system often shuts off too, meaning warm air is blown. You can switch off the circuit breaker of your AC unit, wait for a few seconds, and then switch it on again. For some, the unit will start working normally again.

Red light is blinking 6 times

These blinks [flashes] are fault indication (Error Codes). From the number of blinks occur at one time switch ON, you can get an idea about the faulty circuit section inside it. This will make repair easy. These are called blinking codes. Make sure about the exact number of blinking of the standby/power LED, by switching On & OFF the set, for at least two times. Count it carefully. If you wish to get some details, check the site linked here. It has details about blinking codes, and fault locating procedure, to many popular brand TVs and other devices. http://electronicshelponline.blogspot.com/
Blinking codes details to many popular brand TVs are given. Surf the site with patience.
Type in the brand name and type of your device, in the search box [at the top right] of the display window and the Search will start at once as you type in, and will show you all the related posts. It will make surf easy.

I have a carrier ac moddal 38HKC48DS3002 4 ton that will run for about 10 mintes before off the coppreser and than displing show E4

If unit displays "e4"

1? Check whether the winding resistance and
operation current of the compressor are normal.
2?Check whether the high and low pressure is normal
when the unit is running.
3?Check (whether the coil pipe sensor is normal)
whether the contact of the inserter on the circuit
board is well, the coil pipe temperature sensor is
fixed, the evaporation of the indoor unit is well,
the key is to check the evaporator temperature
detected by the coil pipe temperature sensor has
reached the cooling or heating temperature.
4?Check whether the surface of the condenser is too
dirty, it should be cleaned when it is too dirty.
5?Check whether the capacitance of the outdoor motor
and the fan is damaged, it should be replaced when
it is damaged.
6?If the above items are normal, the electric control
board should be replaced.

My air conditionner is not working properly. It sends cool aire keep getting code E3 What can I do to fix it Tks

micheline, according to the LG Owner's Manual for the Model Number you listed, there is no LED display on the casement window unit (please see the Owner's Manual link below). How are you getting an E3 error code? Or by chance, did you list the wrong model number? Even Goldstar, that is made by LG, doesn't show your model number.

Please advise. Thanks.

VAOVA twintuner DTR 250 GB not receiving anything since 1st October, not showing time in LED display segment, but is showing red & green lights (remote control receptors?)

Just fixed mine - replaced TIP31C (Q1 with heatsink) on power supply board. Also changed 100uF (E3) & 470uF (E4) capacitors, although probably not necessary.

WRAC has E4 on display

E4 means return air sensor error, if the error cannot reset may be the return air sensor is out of range or defective. But if the sensor is ok you need to replace the control board itself. The reading of return air sensor is 8k to 10k ohms @ 25deg. C temperature.
