Hello, i've searched that type of device supports only smv and wmv video format,
try to use altysoft video converter,i used that in all my videos files to convert any format in full version
but not all in free version
type in your browser> altysoft video converter free download...save then install to computer..
copy the files to the computer you want to convert..
