Since this set like all others with the "child lock" require a code to be entered and the remote is what is used, I would say it cannot be done without the correct remote and the password.

You cannot unlock this TV without its remote control. Just buy one Avex URC-R6 model remote control It has setup codes for Fisher TV. Codes are: 007 057

Unlocking child mode lock it is very difficult and nearly impossible without the tv original remote and the secret password word.Tries tv unplug,replug the tv back like about 24 hrs later.That all u could do,some tvs will reset itself and erase the password.
