You can use to set the timing in order of the heat required. Also using the grade rating of the heating coupled with the time set, the food can be easily heated without burning.
To start with use low heat and long time, the try with medium heat and lesser time and then choose high heat and short time. You must be able to use the settings accordingg to your requirement.
Hope this advice helps

E1 error was shown on induction cooker. Please give me a way to solve this.

Possible that the driver of the induction coils is short or damaged. You might need to remove the panel and check within to see the reason for the protect cut off.
If there is no other display on switch On then the circuit is faulty and a knowledge of power electronics is needed to probe into the circuit.

I have a new induction cook top. When using for the first time I found an F or P appeared next to the element I was using. I have bought stainless steel cookware specifically to use. The user manual...

Stainless steel (or Aluminium) cookware will not normally work with an Induction cooker: Induction cooker need cookware that have a certain amount of metal especially at the bottom of the pot or pan.

An easy way to check if the cookware is suitable is to use a small (fridge) magnet: if it stick to the pot/pan then it is very likely that the pot/pan is suitable for induction 'magnetic' cooking!

Hope my small hint is of assistance and if so, vote accordigly!
