Presss the menu button on phone then press the settings button then press phone settings the press conectivity then press USB Something(I've Forgotten) then press Mass Storage then Plug in.

Look. Don't use PC Suite. It's terrible. It's slow, tedious and you will spend hours trying the same stuff over and voer again - and get no where! Trust me, I spent hours using that program! ...
Buy a Micro SD card and adapter and drag all your files from the card to your computer and vice versa like you would usually do with a USB memory stick.
Here is the software download page, the camera does not need drivers. When you connect it to the computer will be recognised as an external disk. You can download the software to manage the camera and the files.
