The refilled cartridge could be bad. It may have run to low on ink and the nozzles may have melted Make sure the contacts on the cartridge and printer are clean. Wipe them with alcohol or Windex and let the dry. Thanks for using FixYa
did you use 39xx series driver? Torn on your PC, insert the CD Driver, plug the usb printer cable in, the PC should detect finding new hardware that is HP Deskjet 3915. When asked to install driver, chose install from CD. Follow the instruction and good luck
