Just bought a fridge freezer. LG GWL 227 with water dispenser. American style fridge. I have connected the water to the mains. There are no leaks. Ice is being produced in the ice maker, however the dispenser is not working. The buttons on the front panel work ok. Its just that no water or ice is being dispensed. PLease Help

there is a defrost mode that melts any frost or ice on the evaporator coils and drains it into a pan under the fridge. if that drain is blocked, the water will pool inside. also check the door seals. if warm moist air leaks in, it'll condense on the cold interior and pool as well.
You can use a hairdryer on the frozen parts.

Spray a good quantity of WD-40 on the spindle of the fan motor where it enters the motor itself. This should get the fan working smoothly with no noise. This will probably solve the other problems, as the fan prevents various components from overheating and shutting down.
