Call sony australia, they will send out a tv technician to have a look at your screen there wil be a call out fee of around 40 dollars, if you agree sony to fix it , they will take it away and replace te screen after you pay up front. if the screen is returned to the customer after being repaired, and is faulty in any way , you will have to pay again for more repair work

    im afraid your only option is to fork out a heap of money to sony australia for a replacement screen. after all the researching i have done this is your only option.
