1. Entering the simulation mode
Perform the following procedure to enter the simulation mode.
"C" key AUTO/TEXT/PHOTO key
"C" key AUTO/TEXT/PHOTO key
Main code Start key Sub code Start key
(Note:Perform the first four key strokes quickly allowing no more than one
second between key strokes.)

If the machine dies enter code 14 then press start, the machine will reboot normal, if the problem persist, the fuser unit needs replacement

call sercice and tell them that there is a problem with the Heat roller low temperature detection.


H4 00 Content Heat roller low temperature detection

Detail When the fusing temperature is lower than
150C° after 55sec from the start of warming
up.
When the warming up complete temperature is
not reached in 30sec from reaching 150C°.
When the fusing temperature is lower than
100C° after 20sec from ready start.
When the fusing temperature is lower than
145C° when printing."

Cause Thermistor abnormality
Heater lamp abnormality
Thermostat abnormality
Control PWB abnormality

Check and remedy

Use SIM 5-02 to check the heater lamp blinking

operation.
When the lamp blinks normally.
Check the thermistor and its harness.
Check the thermistor input circuit on the control
PWB.
When the lamp does not light up.
Check for disconnection of the heater lamp and
the thermostat. Check the interlock switch.
Check the power PWB and the lamp control
circuit on the MCU PWB.
Use SIM 14 to clear the self diagnostic display.

Step 1:- Switch off the machine
Step 2:- Press 0 & 5 simultaneously
Step 3:- Switch on machine.
Step 4:- The display shows test mode.
Step 5:- enter code 200
Step 6:- the machine starts automatic adjustement of auto toner sensor , and when the display shows adjust mode then press enter on the display.
Step 7:- Now switch off & on and check the problem should be
resolved. If problem continues then maybe, changing your
developer may solve the issue.

Dear, Follow the procedure.... press C(CLEAR) BUTON+ PHOTO BUTON+C BUTON+PHOTO BUTON..... Your copier enter special mode
Then you press 14 and start key.... copier ...ok

We want error problem ofter switching blinking red print key without warming and function 4 delate error not any function by copier

First you need to let us know what the error code is displayed on the display screen. With that there is a starting spot, then will be able to move closer to solving the problem...
