The two codes state that the e o c and the touch panel both are at fault . I would repl the touch first and then if needed the e o c .. mm hope this helps . mm
Someone else had this problem, and it turned out to be the high limit switch (a relay) that had burned out. Here is what they said, quoted from kitchen.manualsonline.com:
Our oven was doing the same thingwe tried flipping the breaker but it didn't help. After that we unbolted the whole unit from the cupboards, pulled it out and removed the panels. the problem is a relay switch on the back of the oven which keeps it from overheating, this was burnt out. We got the part from a local appliance repair place for $14.00 and replaced it ourselves.
I have to run an errand now, but will try to get back with a diagram and parts list for your oven.
For now, hope this helps.
Look for a manual lever to unlock the oven. If there is one, it will probably swing back and forth horizontally, just below the upper edge of the oven door
Swing the locking lever, if one is present, all the way to the left. This should unlock the oven. If there is no manual lever to unlock the oven, it may be unlocked using push-button controls.
Check to see if the oven is in a self-cleaning cycle, or has just completed a self-cleaning cycle. If so, the door will unlock automatically once the oven has finished the cleaning cycle and cooled completely, which may take several hours. You cannot unlock the oven before it has cooled.
Unlock the "Clean/Off" button. Depending on the brand and model of your oven, the button may display both of these designations or just one. If your oven door is locked, but the oven is not warm and is not in a cleaning cycle, unlock it by pressing and holding the "Clean/Off" button.

Yessir this seems to make sense to me. But my god thats alot to do to replace a switch. My oven is surrounded by an Island. I have to see if I even have the skills to take it out and get to the back of it. without knowing the part or a diagram, i won't know what to replace.
